By snacking between meals you can control your portion size at meal times and are less hungry.

Nuts are high in fat but a small amount will help you lose weight and is good for yourheart.

These are soybeans with a crunch that are rich in fiber and other vitamins.
4. String Cheese
This is another great snack especially if you are craving for cheese. Make sure it is the low fat cheese.

Craving potato chips? Eat the baked chips which are crunchy and have hardly any fat in them.

These are high in fiber and for a low calorie snack which will help you through your diet.
